		<description><![CDATA[Eugene Hartung was the artist responsible for a series of comic postcards which were popular in the 1950's and 1960's.  They featured dressed cats, kittens, dogs, and sometimes mice doing a variety of funny things.  Since he was European the images all reflect that; window boxes full of flowers for example.
