We gave this shopping cart system a try for the Ecommerce Template site that didn't work out well. It is based on Ruby on Rails so it includes many of the nice features of those kinds of sites. Unlike Ecommerce Templates, it is a new system to which the developers are rapidly adding features. We really like it from a design and development standpoint, but did not use it for two reasons:

• It's priced on a per domain and transaction volume basis which made it much to expensive for the startup site we planned it for.
• It lacked a wholesale pricing feature our customer thought see had to have.

As it turned out, she didn't need wholesale pricing built into the software; it could have been handled other ways. The pricing was still a problem though.

If you are looking for a shopping cart solution that will do what you need now and has promise of growing into something more this would be a solultion worth checking out.
